Remote Training Service, Start-up Assistance or After Sales Service out of warranty "bug"..

You take one hour of support by ordering this service then:

  • if your request is clearly related to a bug in our product the time will not be deducted and your time will be available for the following 12 months;

  • but on the other hand, if it turns out that your problem is related to something other than a bug from us, the time will be deducted from this hourly support package;

  • this hour of support can also be used for training, skills transfer or technical assistance;


Should it prove necessary to set up a videoconference, CAP-REL will provide you with a dedicated videolink.
